Rapid Mixer Granulator[ RMG ] is used for dry mixing and wet granulation of pharmaceutical powder ,mixing and granulating of various powder materials in food, cosmetics and neutraceutical products to perform fast and effective mixing. this machine has a special mixing impeller arms which rotates in closed cylindrical mixing unit. Required formulation of various dry powders are charged into the mixer cone and mix for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mix and depending on formulation for granulating liquid or paste material is added to obtain granulation.
