Application And Process
ABUCKS Inc manufactures heavy duty commercial paste filler for various filling range from 10ml to 50ml ,100 to 250 grams ,250 to 500 grams, 500 to 1 kg and 1 kg to 5 kg .This machine operates with gear motor piston type volumetric mechanism. This machine has a stainless steel stirrer in 25 liter capacity hopper which has easy calibration with screw adjustment with +1or -1 grams product filling accuracy. This machine is best suitable for medium to large scale food, pharmaceutical, paint and chemical products also available with hot jacketed filling hopper for hot filling products. All the machine contact parts are made of high quality stainless steel material fabricated and mounted on a heavy MS painted framework and body covered with stainless steel or powder coated material. Our paste filler is available with single or double head filling non drip nozzles as per the product density.
