Application And Process
Automatic liquid filling machine is made of high
quality stainless steel works on volumetric principle, bottles or jars
to be filled are loaded on moving conveyer which are filled by diving
nozzles and stopped by a set of twin pneumatically operated stopper
which precisely match the bottle or jar to be filled to avoid spillage
of liquid. The main drive and conveyor drive consist of A/C motor with
synchronized variable frequency drive. Further to minimize foaming and
spillage of liquid the nozzle will go upwards slowly filling from the
bottom level towards the neck for precise filling.
